●HOW DO I MAKE A CROWN headband?●
-My crown is made out of very soft plastic headband (the headband has teeth on it )as a base of the foundation And I’ve attached a Glitter Felt Sheet to finish the base of the headband, as for the crown itself. Fabric of the crown is glitter felt to make it shine.
Inside the crown, it’s foam padded to make it stand and durability for rough environment.
